Sie erstellen Kreditverträge und die notwendigen Kreditdokumente für kommerzielle, Lombard- und Hypothekarkredite in verschiedenen Sprachen Die Pendenzenerstellung und -bewirtschaftung für Kreditdokumentation, Kreditsicherstellung und Kreditauszahlung verantworten Sie selbständig Sie bearbeiten die Kreditdaten im System (AVALOQ) betreffend Limiten, Deckungen und Amortisationen Sie sind zuständig für die korrekte Datenerfassung von Liegenschaften, Grundpfändern und Versicherungspolicen etc. Korrespondenz mit Grundbuchämtern, Notaren und Versicherungen gehören zu Ihrem Tagesgeschäft Die Ausstellung von Garantien und die Verbuchung im System erledigen Sie eigenständig Tresorbewirtschaftung, Überwachung Debitorenzessionen etc. sind weitere Aufgaben, welche Sie eigenständig ausführen.
Nos exigences
Sie haben eine kaufmännische Banklehre oder gleichwertige Grundausbildung absolviert und verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Kreditgeschäft, vorzugsweise in der Kreditadministration. Zudem bringen Sie vertiefte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Hypothekar- und kommerziellen Kreditgeschäft mit. Als engagierte und teamorientierte Person sind Sie selbständiges, speditives und zuverlässiges Arbeiten gewohnt. Sie haben Freude an einem vielfältigen und anspruchsvollen Aufgabengebiet. Eine gute Selbstorganisation und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft im Arbeitsalltag setzen wir voraus. Deutsch ist Ihre Muttersprache und zudem verfügen Sie über gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse; Italienischkenntnisse sind optional.
