Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich

Als Store ManagerIn übernimmst du die Rolle eines Gastgebers und Botschafters unserer Marke, sowie die Verantwortung des Teams. Es ist wichtig, dass sich die Menschen im Store geborgen fühlen und zufrieden sind. Dazu gehören folgende Aufgaben:

- Motivation des Teams
- Personalführung und –einsatzplanung
- Umsatz- sowie Kassenverantwortung
- Wöchentliche Analyse der Shop Performance
- Visual Merchandising und Schaufenstergestaltung
- Verwaltung des Warenlagers
- Bestellwesen inkl. Sortimentspflege
- Kundenbetreuung und -beratung
- Repräsentation des Stores
