Unter anderem gehören folgende Tasks zu der Stelle: Customer Service

  • Schriftlicher und telefonischer Austausch mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden sowohl im In- als auch im Ausland.
  • Planung und Abstimmung sämtlicher Abläufe in Bezug auf Auftragsabwicklung, einschließlich Spedition, Rechnungsstellung und Überwachung.
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und gemeinsame Suche nach Lösungen mit unseren Lieferanten.
  • Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf, um das Beste für unsere Kunden zu erreichen.

Marketing-Support

  • Erstellen von Marketingunterlagen in Kooperation mit dem Management
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien, einschließlich Mailings, Messeplanung und Broschüren Erstellung.
  • Erstellung von Inhalten in enger Absprache mit verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Verkauf, Einkauf und Technik.
  • Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten, wie beispielsweise die Auswahl passender Kundengeschenke und die Erstellung sowie Versendung von Weihnachtskarten.

  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist sehr willkommen
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (BMS ist ein nice-to-have)
  • Erfahrung im Customer Service, idealerweise im internationalen Handel
  • Zahlen- und Kommunikationsflair
  • Kreative Persönlichkeit
  • Organisationstalent und keine Scheu, Eigeninitiative zu ergreifen
  • Marketingflair und ein Auge für das gewisse Etwas
