Aufgabenbeschreibung:

Als Compliance Officer im Bereich Private Wealth Management sind Sie verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Umsetzung verschiedener Compliance-Themen wie FIDLEG, QI, FATCA, Geldwäscherei, Transaktionsüberwachung, KYC, On-Boarding, Formalitätenkontrolle usw. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Front als auch internen und externen Abteilungen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle gesetzlichen Vorschriften eingehalten werden. Zudem haben Sie ein grosses Interesse, den Compliance-Bereich weiterzuentwickeln und zukunftsorientiert aufzustellen.

Anforderungsprofil:

Wir suchen Compliance-Fachpersonen mit einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung sowie Aus- und Weiterbildungen im Bereich Compliance wie FH, CAS/MAS und entsprechender Berufserfahrung bei einer Privatbank, Asset Manager, Family Office oder Vermögensverwaltung. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Erfahrung in verschiedenen Compliance-Fachthemen und sind mit den aktuellen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen vertraut.
