To join the legal team of our client, an innovative medical device specialist in Geneva, we are searching for a:


Healthcare/Medtech Compliance Specialist



In this role, you will design and implement robust compliance programs that safeguard our patients and ensure our organization adheres to all relevant regulations and standards.


Key Responsibilities:


-Collaborate with various departments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.

-Provide expert guidance on ethical and legal standards within healthcare.

-Monitor adherence to healthcare laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance.

-Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints efficiently.

-Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations to ensure continuous compliance.

-Maintain and update comprehensive compliance documentation and records.

-Review and refine internal policies and procedures regularly.

-Submit contracts to the French Healthcare official platform.

-Draft various types of agreements, including consulting, hospitality, NDAs, and sponsorship agreements, for different markets.

-Deliver training and educational programs to staff on compliance-related topics.


Qualifications:


  • At least 3 years of experience in a compliance role in the medical device industry.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance with a thorough understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of French Anti-gift laws
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or law.
  • Proven experience in policy development and implementation.
  • Skilled in developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
