Compliance Specialist

Notre client, une entreprise spécialisée dans les dispositifs médicaux et en forte croissance depuis quelques années, recherche actuellement un Spécialiste Conformité afin de compléter son équipe sur le canton de Genève.

Cette personne devra posséder une réelle expertise en matière de droit.

 

VOS MISSIONS :

-          Collaborer avec les autres départements pour identifier les risques potentiels de conformité et développer des stratégies pour les atténuer.

-          Offrir des conseils sur les normes éthiques et juridiques.

-          Surveiller et assurer le respect des lois et réglementations en matière de santé.

-          Enquêter et résoudre les problèmes et plaintes liés à la conformité.

-          Rester informé des évolutions des réglementations en matière de santé.

-          Maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation et les dossiers de conformité.

-          Examiner et actualiser les politiques et procédures internes.

-          Soumettre des contrats sur la plateforme officielle de santé française.

-          Rédiger divers types d'accords (sponsors, consulting, ADN, ...)

-          Fournir des formations et des sessions éducatives au personnel sur les sujets de conformité.

VOTRE PROFIL :

-          Bachelor ou Master en administration de la santé, en droit ou équivalence avec minimum 3 ans d'expérience en conformité, idéalement dans le secteur de la santé, avec une solide connaissance des lois et règlements en matière de santé.

-          Connaissance approfondie des lois françaises anti-cadeaux.

-          Expérience dans le développement et la mise en ?uvre de politiques.

-          Capacité à développer et dispenser des programmes de formation.

-          Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

-          Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
