Product and Service Programme Manager

Verisure is seeking an innovative and, passionate Product and Service Programme Manager. This newly created role reports directly to our Product and Service Portfolio and Programme Director, reporting to our Global R&D Director, and it is a critical leadership role in our Technology organisation, providing an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to lead the delivery efforts for Verisure’s most critical innovations.

This role will be central to ensuring the delivery of Verisure’s cutting-edge products and innovations and is therefore critical to Verisure’s overall value creation platform. The successful candidate will have a major impact on one of our key business priorities and will be able to rapidly create a track record of success in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

The P&S Programme manager will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of our new products and services to our markets and helping to drive our innovation roadmap. The role will have end-to-end accountability for the delivery of a number of our major critical innovations and will have accountabilities including:

Overall programme plan , working closely with teams across our business and Technology function to ensure a coherent overall schedule Dependency management within the programme of work, including considering impacts on other ongoing innovation programmes Overall programme scope and requirement management , including management of change requests, working closely with functions including Proposition Management, Quality, Security, Legal, and Supply Chain Overall governance , including ensuring compliance and managing reporting to stakeholders at all levels of the business Overall programme budget management Overall risk management and mitigations, to ensure delivery of the programme on schedule and on budget People leadership of a team of Project Managers to support in delivering the Programme Manager’s overall scope

Experiences and Qualifications

Several years of experience in technology-related fields from a leading high-performance technology company University degree, preferably in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other Sciences Delivery track record of complex innovation programmes, ideally including experience both with hardware and software Impeccable project and programme management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environments Excellent team player, able to build strong working relationships across distributed teams in a complex matrix organisation Fluent in English. Helpful, but not mandatory, to be comfortable with Spanish The role is based in our HQ in Geneva, Switzerland
