IT Technician Advanced Diploma or Higher Education and/or succesful track record in IT Support Operations and Applications. Minimum of 5 years in IT Support and/or IT Coordination German mother tongue, English (oral and written), French would be appreciated Previous experience in System administration (Microsoft Environment) Proficiency in network administration and IT troubleshooting. Strong communication skills to interact with end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
