YOUR TASKS
Responsibility for the consolidation and further development of the existing principles, rules and processes in the area of Compensation & Benefits for the entire Hirslanden Private Hospital Group in close cooperation with the parent company Mediclinic Group First point of contact and counselling for all topics related to the compensation strategy and the compensation process within the Hirslanden Group Preparation and implementation of the annual salary review process and short-term variable remuneration for management Link between HR and finance department Providing data analysis including financial modelling and expert advice to all levels of management and HR on compensation programmes Carrying out market comparisons (WTW, Swiss-ICT, Perinnova etc.) as well as identification and proactive action to address market trends in good time Responsibility for carrying out formal job evaluations and benchmarking practices. Close co-operation with the HR units in the clinics (specialist management lies with this position)
YOUR PROFILE
Higher education in business administration at university/university of applied sciences level and, if applicable, further training specialising in compensation & benefits Several years of professional experience in a similar function Sound knowledge of best practices in compensation and fringe benefits Strong analytical and solution-orientated thinking, accuracy as well as sensitivity and responsibility in handling confidential information High degree of initiative and self-organisation as well as a flair for numbers Very proficient IT skills, especially in Excel and SAP HCM Business fluent in written and spoken German and English Do you want to work in an innovative environment where you can use your strengths, know-how and skills to its full potential?
