Product Support Scientist

Overview
How you'll make an impact
You provide advanced support to our affiliates and distributors on our Immuno-Hematology products and their application on our systems. You resolve customer concerns and inquiries regarding IH products and escalate them to the appropriate departments within the organization, if necessary. You perform biological and technical tests and compile the findings in corresponding investigation reports. You design, organize and conduct internal training courses in English. You create and verify application information, . FAQ, Newsletter, before it is officially communicated.What you bring
You have a medical or biological education. You have a solid Immuno-Hematology knowledge, and a work experience in a lab/hospital environment. Ideally, you have a first experience on a support function. You have good analytical skills and are technically savvy. You are a team playerand you have a strong customer focus. You can express yourself in a brief and comprehensible way, are organized and you can be patient and persistent; You have excellent oral and written English skills and any other language, preferably German and/or French, would be a plus.What we offer
