Business Developer / Commercial - à plein temps - travail mobile et sur le terrain

Notre vision est de révolutionner le secteur de la beauté et du bien être de manière uniforme et de le soutenir dans sa croissance. Nous voulons aider les salons à s'adapter au monde numérique et à développer leur activité et leur clientèle.

En tant que membre de l'équipe Field Sales, tu es responsable de la génération de nouveaux leads et de la conclusion de contrats avec de nouveaux salons partenaires dans ta région.

Tes tâches

Tu es responsable de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients, de la recherche à la conclusion du contrat. Tu prends en charge le premier contact en faisant de la prospection sur le terrain et par téléphone. Tu recherches de manière proactive de nouveaux salons via différents canaux (par exemple les réseaux sociaux). Ton groupe cible s'étend à de petits salons de beauté aux entreprises de taille moyenne. Tu expliques nos produits aux partenaires potentiels par voie numérique et dans les salons. Tu reportes tes activités dans notre outil CRM "Salesforce".

A propos de toi

Une première expérience dans le domaine de la vente ou du contact avec la clientèle est un avantage, mais n'est pas obligatoire, car c'est ta personnalité qui compte pour nous. Tu enthousiasmes les décideurs par ta communication empathique, orientée vers les solutions et tu gardes toujours à l'esprit les besoins des clients. Tu as un état d'esprit compétitif et tu aimes travailler en équipe et célébrer les succès ensemble. Tu es ton propre Energy Boost, tu ne te laisses pas démotiver par un "non" et tu gardes ton attitude positive. Tu parles couramment l'anglais et le français (à l'écrit et à l'oral) - toute autre langue est un bonus, car nos clients potentiels sont variés et nous aimons cela
