Major Accountabilities

To service, support and give technical assistance to the customers in his area, generally in the field. To ensure high-level product and solution availability of all FANUC Products. To guarantee utmost customer satisfaction by providing professional, efficient and in-time support in all product related, technical issues to the customers of FANUC Products in our territory. To contribute with the maximum effort to a reliable, top-quality image of FANUC in the area as well as to a confidential, long-term relationship with customers. Perform installations of machine tools, installation support on Hard- and Software and additional options, at customer site Perform ISO programming and machine tools trainings on new and old machines Perform field service engineering work for installation support, warranty, administration and maintenance support on a broad range of FANUC Products equipment’s and executing the necessary repairs at customer’s site. To maintain tools and equipment in a proper manner. Actively seeks opportunities to sell options and other services like preventive maintenance and trainings to end users. Reports opportunities for new contacts and options promptly to office. Contacting customers by phone and provide support in all technical questions related to the use of FANUC products. To communicate daily with the office in order to advise job status and availability for other assignment.

Requirements

High school diploma Mechanical-Electronics Engineering, Automation or similar At least 5 years of experience in development or application of Machine Tool Builder / Dealer Understanding of wire cut technology Wire cut experience will be considered an advantage Good spoken and written English is mandatory Understanding of factory automation processes and functionality Good comprehension and ability to analyse and solve problems Self- motivated, results oriented, mindedness and independent personality
