As a Senior Product Manager at Alohi, you will be responsible for driving the success of our product portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing product strategy, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring timely and high-quality product releases. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, you will create and launch innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals and vision
  • Create and prioritize product roadmaps, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and market insights
  • Validate product ideas through market research, customer interviews, and business case development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of product development and launch plans
  • Gather and document product requirements, defining user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Act as the product owner within an agile development process, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases
  • Conduct QA tests when needed to maintain product quality and reliability
  • Work with UX and design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
  • Coordinate product launches, including promotional campaigns and support documentation
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
  • Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development plans
  • Communicate product updates and performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B software industry
  • Strong technical understanding of software development and agile methodologies
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Customer-centric mindset and experience incorporating customer feedback into product development
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile when needed to ensure timely delivery
  • Familiarity with IT startup ecosystem and industry trends
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
