We are looking for a new team member to join our Holycode Switzerland Team as an IT Project Manager (50-60% at the start with option to increase up to 100% later on)

If you have previous experience as an IT Project Manager or Developer, you are passionate about your job, a positive & solution oriented personality, who is willing to actively shape the values of our company- read and apply :)

Aufgaben

Challenging things you’ll work on:

  • Work on lots of different Customer Projects with fast growing startups/Scale-ups from Switzerland and Germany
  • Collect, prioritize and define the requirements together with the Clients and our Development team
  • Run the project from AtoZ together with the Development Team
  • Help us build a well running organization in Switzerland
  • Attend conferences and webinars to keep up to date with the newest trends and support us in creating new tools/features for our clients needs
Qualifikation

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Excellent knowledge of German & English language
  • 3+ years of IT Project Management experience or Development
  • Ability to manage multiple and varying tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize them
  • Well organized, structured and communicative way of working
  • An open-minded, proactive and positive personality able to cooperate efficiently with other team members
  • Experience within an international environment will be considered as a plus
  • Deeper experience in Medtech (++), Fintech (+), Robotics or IoT (+) will be considered as a strong plus
  • Any certification relevant for RFPs will be considered as a plus
