What Awaits You:

Consumer Marketing:

·Define and execute MAC's marketing strategy for the Swiss market.

·Develop and manage the 360° omnichannel marketing plan, spanning all media channels.

·Strategically allocate A&P spend in collaboration with internal and external partners.

·Translate consumer calendars into detailed animation and promotion plans for retailers.

·Support Key Account Managers in preparing discussions and executing promotional calendars.

Trade Marketing:

·Create detailed animation and promotional plans by retailer, including brand.com collaborations.

·Drive innovation and continuous improvement in trade marketing

·Translate global marketing plans into dealer-specific activation and promotion plans.

·Support key account managers in meetings with brick-and-mortar and online retailers.

·Initiate and plan B&M events in line with new product launches and trends.

Leadership:

·Manage 2 direct reports (Trade Marketing Executive & National Make Up Artist)

·Manage 1 indirect report (Earned / Owned Media Executive)


Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

·Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

·5-8 years of experience in consumer and trade marketing, ideally in FMCG or premium cosmetics.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

·Strong conceptual marketing and business storytelling skills.

·Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.

·Excellent communication skills in German and English; French fluency is a plus.

·Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

·Proven people management success
