For one of our clients, a multi family office in Geneva, we are looking for a multilingual Executive/Personal Assistant (m/w).

Your responsibilities:


  • Office Management
  • Welcome clients in the office, prepare meeting rooms. bring coffee/tea/water
  • Arrange and participate in meetings
  • Organize travel arrangements
  • Answer phone calls, reception, arranging appointments, receive documents, correspondence and messages
  • To accompany all kinds of business negotiation, or to travel occasionally to other country or city
  • Non-exhaustive list of tasks




Your profile:

  • Available immediately
  • Previous experience as an EA/PA in a multi or single family office
  • Open to travel regularly
  • No remote work
  • Available at a 100% working rate
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, min B2 level in French
  • Highly organized, flexible, open minded, available, good presentation and service oriented
