Nous recherchons pour unclient qui cherche à renforcer son équipe de la direction Servicesaux clients avec un Product Manager spécialisé en données etanalytics. Le rôle implique de travailler en étroite collaborationavec les parties prenantes métier et techniques, ainsi que leséquipes de Data et AI, sur des programmes de transformationambitieux. Le candidat sera responsable de la stratégie delivraison des projets, de la planification, de l'exécution, et dela qualité des solutions critiques pourl'entreprise.

Responsabilités:
  • Collecter et analyser les exigencesmétier pour les initiatives et demandes dechangement 
  • Assurer la livraison desprojets d'analytique en respectant les délais, les budgets, laqualité, et la gestion des risques.
  • Garantirque les projets respectent les niveaux de service contractuels etles standards techniques etfonctionnels.
  • Coordonner les équipestransverses, en tant que point de contact unique pour sesprojets.
  • Fournir des retours réguliers lors descomités de pilotage et opérationnels.
  • Suivreles standards de développement pour assurer l'efficacité et laqualité.
  • Gérer les ressources et évaluer laperformance des membres de l'équipe.
  • Collaboreravec les fournisseurs externes pour l'implémentation dessolutions.
  • Analyser et résoudre les problèmescritiques lors des livraisons avec des équipes distribuéesglobalement.
  • Faciliter les tests périodiques etles plans de contingence.
  • Gérer lacommunication avec toutes les parties prenantes durant la livraisondu projet.
  • Documenter les processus dechangement et de déploiement desproduits.
  • Rechercher des technologies etmeilleures pratiques pour améliorer la qualité des données etl'efficacité desprocessus.
Formation:
  • Diplôme en informatique, gestiondes systèmes d’information ou dans une discipline technologique oud'ingénierie similaire.
Compétencesprimordiales :
  • Plus de 7 ansd'expérience dans le domaine de la BI et del'analytique.
  • Expertise dans la livraison desolutions de bout en bout en analytique dedonnées.
  • Solide expérience avec MS SQL et lestechnologies cloud Azure ; Oracle est unatout.
  • Compétences en gestion de risques etmultitâches dans un environnementdynamique.
  • Compétences en leadership et engestion de relations avec les partiesprenantes.
  • Capacité à communiquer et àprésenter des informations complexes de manièreclaire.
Compétences importantes:
  • Solide capacité d'analyse critiqueet de résolution de problèmes.
  • Aptitude àtravailler en équipe et à respecter les délaismultiples.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, àl'oral comme à l'écrit ; toute autre langue européenne est unplus.
Compétences optionnelles:
  • Expérience avec des solutions cloudhybrides et multi-technologies.
