Wir suchen für unseren Kunden einen Financial Controller & Accountant (m/w/d) für den Standort Basel, BS.

Auf diese Aufgaben können Sie sich freuen

  • Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Buchung und Archivierung von Rechnungen sowie Kontoabstimmung (intern/extern)
  • Stammdatenmanagement und Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Ermittlung und Zuordnung der Profitabilität und direkter Kosten auf Kundenebene
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Cost Allocation Templates und Cost Controlling
  • Sparring-Partner für Sales und Managing Director
  • Betreuung der Debitorenbuchhaltung und des Forderungsmanagements, inklusive Pflege von Kreditlimits, Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen, Einholung von Bonitätsauskünften sowie Inkasso- und Mahnwesen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von PowerBI Data Engines
  • Unterstützung des Head of Finance bei ad-hoc Anfragen, Forecasts, Budgets und Analysen
  • Selbstständige Betreuung und Leitung von Projekten der Finanzabteilung

Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance und Controlling oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und eine lösungsorientierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel; Kenntnisse in Word und PowerPoint sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Solide Kenntnisse in IFRS; Erfahrung mit CH-GAAP ist ein Plus
  • Flexibilität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Hands-on Mentalität und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
