- Acting as an intermediary between vendors and stakeholders and the products teams;
- Interacting with vendors concerning any concerns and support the product teams in supplier relations – including releases, incidents & problem management, innovation and contracts management;
- Build and maintain good relationships with already approved old and new vendors;
- Monitor and manage contract terms of existing vendors in coordination with the product teams;
- Financial reporting and forecast related to the contracts such as expenses and invoices;
- Communicating product-related issues and concerns to vendors;
- Coordinating all vendor management activities and processes in compliance with the policies;
- Establishing vendor performance standards and suggesting improvements;
- Evaluate vendor management processes, policies, and methods;
- Reviewing new vendors and their products;
- Support the application of the vendor identification and onboarding - Plan/Build/Run;
- Maintaining and updating all vendor documentation;
- Participating in training programs and company events;
Qualifications
Your assets to succeed:
- Proven experience as a vendor Manager or in a procurement department;
- Good experience in the banking industry or a similar one where relationship is a key competency;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent;
- Experience in dealing with vendors with negotiation and decision-making skills;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving ability with communication skills;
- Must have a proven ability to prioritize workload and dynamically problem solve and work with minimal direct supervision;
- Having an eye for detail;
- Ability to offer improved customer service;
- Solid experience in an international environment;
- Fluent in French and English, other languages an asset.
