Global Finance Manager, Principal Operating Company POC (m/f/d)
Your key responsibility will include leading all finance related activities that are required to support legal entity reporting, forecasting, and substance. You are working closely together with Operations Finance, Global Supply Chain, and our global tax department. You lead the global legal entity forecasting process for FMC’s Non-US subsidiaries, which is a key process that supports both SEC filings and the Company’s external guidance setting process.
What you do with us
You prepare the monthly legal entity forecast, annual budget and analysis, and serve as the key contact between Supply Chain, Regional Finance, and Principal Company management. You develop and maintain forecast models to inform long-range planning, milestone decisions, strategic decisions, and business development opportunities. You lead the design and implementation of model updates and/or new forecast approaches You prepare and present at the monthly Sales, Marketing and Operation meeting, the principal company reporting, forecasting and analysis, and Tax Reporting.Your qualification
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of accounting and / or FP&A experience Strong communication skills and comfortable in working with all levels in the organization Strong business acumen, analysis, judgment, and problem-solving skills Understanding of key financial metrics and projection, P&L, gross profit margin analysis and how these influence business decisionsIf you are convinced that you can make a difference in this position and share our commitment to diversity, collaboration, and quality, we look forward to receiving your application.
