(Senior) Project Manager

- Als Teil eines Projektteams übernehmen Sie im Rahmen von Projekten aus dem Bereich Life Sciences die Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Bauprojekten.
- Sicherstellung von Sicherheit und Qualität gemäß den relevanten Richtlinien, Verfahren und Protokollen.
- Beteiligung an Design-Reviews, sofern notwendig.
- Entwicklung der richtigen Strategie zur Erreichung der Projektmeilensteine.
- Durchführung und Teilnahme an wichtigen Meetings, Erstellung von Fortschrittsberichten, Zusammenarbeit bei der Problemlösung und Kommunikation der Auswirkungen an die Stakeholder.
- Kontrolle des Projektumfangs und dessen Auswirkungen auf Budget und Zeitplan.
- Identifikation von Risiken, Prognose möglicher Verzögerungen und Entwicklung von Gegenmaßnahmen.
- Durchführung von Kostenanalysen bei Bedarf.
Qualifikationen
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium mit bautechnischer Ausrichtung.
- Sie bringen ca. 7 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektsteuerung für Life Science o. Öl & Gas Projekte mit.
- Sie überzeugen durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Zielstrebigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen ebenso wie Spaß an herausfordernden Großprojekten.
- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project.
