For our client we are looking for an assertive and dedicated Product & Project Manager for our B2B/Industrial Business CH division near Luzern.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Holistic responsibility for dedicated new and existing B2B customer products, incl. budget setting and monitoring
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration and management of relevant internal and external functions and stakeholders for B2B customer products
  • Managing and co-leading international customer product projects with local and global members and functions from the company, customers, and external partners focusing on all relevant interfaces such as development and production, regulatory affairs, quality management and other functions, as well as contract management; planning, clarifying resources and accompanying audits
  • Continuous market observation, definition, evaluation, and implementation of product related measures to drive customer solution and contribute to the B2B business development
  • Supporting the product and life cycle management of the B2B customer products incl. the responsibility on supply performance of third-party suppliers / sub-contractors, and tracking efficient supply
  • Attendance on selected national and international congresses and conferences

Professional competencies

  • Ideally a technical or scientific degree, or comparable training
  • Very good project and product management experience relating to medical products (class I-III, kit packs, procedure packs, drug-device combination products) is essential (at least 3 years)
  • Proficient in German and English (speaking and writing), French is an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills (in particular MS Project) and, if possible, SAP skills

  • Sociable and willing to travel within the sales territory
  • High level of independence, very good self-management skills and a team player
  • Confident and likeable demeanour, good communication skills and an independent, structured and dedicated working method
  • Good written and spoken German skills (we will support you in reaching the required level in German)
