Senior Sales Associate
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:

Responsabilités :

  • - Assister le Manager du Magasin de la Ville de Genève dans ses activités quotidiennes et coordonner l'équipe de conseillers clientèle.
  • - Mettre en œuvre des actions spécifiques pour offrir une expérience client unique et garantir la qualité du service.
  • - Gérer les ventes de Haute Joaillerie, Montres et Accessoires, en atteignant ou dépassant les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs.
  • - Superviser la résolution des préoccupations des clients.
  • - Participer activement aux événements communautaires et maintenir une présence visible pour développer la base de clients existante et nouvelle.
  • - Assurer l'interface avec le marketing local pour mettre en œuvre les stratégies de CRM et améliorer la base de clients.

PROFIL ATTENDU:

Profil:

  • - Au moins 7 ans d'expérience dans une boutique de luxe haut de gamme.
  • - Expertise en opérations de magasin de détail et techniques de vente.
  • - Passion pour la joaillerie, les montres et les accessoires.
  • - Connaissance des processus de marketing, médias et merchandising.
  • - Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, SAP et CRM.
  • - Excellente communication en français et en anglais.
  • - Capacité à développer un réseau de clients et à augmenter le portefeuille de clients.
  • - Flexibilité, positivité et innovation.
  • - Capacité à travailler de manière organisée, rigoureuse et structurée.
  • - Création d'un environnement de travail positif et harmonieux.
