Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die internen Prozesse und die Organisation bei 3rd Level Anfragen und Reparaturen
  • Verantwortlich für die richtige Priorisierung und effiziente Bearbeitung der Anfragen vom Eingang bis zur Erledigung bzw. Lösung des Problems
  • Erstellung von Angeboten bei Ersatzteil-, Reparatur-, und 3rd-Level Service Anfragen durch die Ländergesellschaften
  • Koordination des Versands von Ersatzteilen und Reparaturen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Administration
  • Aufbereitung und Pflege von Schulungsmaterial für den Customer Support
  • Erkennen von Qualitätsproblemen, Lösungsvorschläge erarbeiten, Förderung von Produktverbesserungen und Nachverfolgung von Qualitätsproblemen in Absprache mit dem Produktmanagement, R&D und der Produktion
  • Mitarbeit bei Produktentwicklungsprozessen, insbesondere Definition und Anforderungen an Customer Support Dienstleistungen
  • Koordination der Support-Aktivitäten mit den weltweiten Leister Niederlassungen und weltweites Servicefall-Reporting mit Konsolidierung der Informationen und Weitergabe an das Produktmanagement und an R&D
  • Unterstützung der Kundenprojektleitung bei der Konfiguration von Integrationssystemen
  • Verantwortlich für die Durchführung und Förderung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereiches

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Elektronik oder Maschinenbau mit Niveau Techniker HF oder Ingenieur FH
  • Erfahrungen im Customer Support von technischen Investitionsgütern
  • Erfahrungen in der Organisation von Reparaturaufträgen
  • Anwendungskenntnisse der Microsoft Office Palette (ERP- und CRM-Systeme von Vorteil)
  • sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
