Smart software makes work life easier. Yet the process of buying and managing software licenses can be complicated, intransparent, and expensive. Many businesses over-license, unaware that they are paying for software that is not needed. Other organizations fail to take full advantage of the software they purchase or do not realize that legally compliant alternative solutions are available at a fraction of the price. Capefoxx supports companies throughout the entire software lifecycle, including consulting on optimizing their IT infrastructure, providing cost-effective relicensed software, and turning unused software into capital. To reinforce our small, impact-oriented team, we are looking for a new employee with immediate effect.

Tasks
  • With your comprehensive business know-how and your sales experience, you will take responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from acquisition and consulting to the independent delivery of licenses and usage rights, including with our CRM and ERP systems.
  • With your appreciative and present manner, you ensure that existing customers are well supported through constant follow-ups. Thanks to your strong communication skills and ambition, you effortlessly acquire new (international) customers and partners, for instance, over the phone.
  • As an organizational talent and interface manager, you coordinate and clarify license and helpdesk requests and involve the appropriate experts in each case.
  • With your structured, forward-looking, and dynamic way of thinking, you will challenge existing processes and optimize the given standards. You also regularly check incoming orders and data records in the CRM system and ensure the necessary transfer of know-how.
  • As a dedicated team player, your focus is always on joint success. You don't need a predefined path but instead, track your KPIs independently. You consistently motivate yourself and encourage your team members to perform at their best.
  • With your agile personality you embrace the chance to travel to quarterly team meetings across Europe and to represent the company on several international events throughout the year.
Requirements
