Als Teil unseres Teams arbeitest du in einem dynamischen Umfeld und kollaborativ mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Kunden zusammen. In der Rolle als Strategic Account Manager identifizierst du neue Kunden und entwickelst massgeschneiderte Angebote und zukunftsorientierte Lösungen und Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden.

Wir bei SELISE digitalisieren den Vertrieb, entwickeln eCommerce & Omnichannel Strategien und digitale Plattformen für führende Unternehmen in Food & Retail, Versicherungen, Telekommunikation, Engineering & Logistics. Aufgaben
- Als Strategic Account Manager verantwortest du den Aufbau von starken und langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
- Du identifizierst neue potenziell strategische Kunden und ergreifst Massnahmen zur Intensivierung unserer Geschäftsbeziehungen und zum Ausbau unseres Projektgeschäfts
- Du analysierst die Zielmärkte und welche Marktstrategien genutzt werden können, um Kunden zu gewinnen
- Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Schlüsselkunden und internen Teams

Qualifikation
- Einen Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise in Betriebs-/Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Informationstechnologie
- Nachweisliche Berufserfahrung als Strategic Account Manager oder Key Account Manager im B2B-Umfeld
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Software
- und Plattformgeschäft oder in der Beratung (u. a. Vertrieb, Account Development, Projektmanagement, Angebotserstellung)
- Nachgewiesener Erfolg beim Aufbau, der Entwicklung und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
- Praktische Erfahrungen mit CRM-Software und Account-Management-Systemen
- Ausgezeichnete Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Sicherheit Im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)
