DEINE AUFGABEN

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP Applikationen im Bereich der Patientenadministration und Fakturierung Aktive Mitarbeit und Möglichkeit zur Übernahme der technischen Teilprojektleitung innerhalb unseres gruppenweiten Strategieprojekts zur Standardisierung der SAP Healthcare (SAP IS-H) Systemlandschaft Sicherstellung des operativen Applikationsbetriebs und Weiterentwicklung des SAP Healthcare bzw. IS-H (Patientenmanagement und –abrechnung, Patienten- / Fallaufnahme mit SAP Fiori) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden Koordination und Erbringung des 2nd-Level Support  Systemtechnische Hinterlegung von tariflichen und vertraglichen Anforderungen sowie Erstellung von technischen Konzepten und starke Mitarbeit beim Anforderungsmanagement  Funktionstests der Applikation sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen vor Ort in den Kliniken Mitentwicklung von fachlichen Konzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen

DEIN PROFIL

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Informatik mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Spitalumfeld oder ausgewiesene Erfahrung aus dem Gesundheitsweisen mit Fokus auf Patientenadministration, Honorarmanagement und Fakturierung  Idealerweise Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Krankenversicherungen Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Application ManagerIn im SAP Healthcare bzw. IS-H oder vertiefte Anwenderkenntnisse als Super- / Power-User der Fakturierung & Patientenadministration mit starkem Bezug zu SAP Healthcare bzw. IS-H (Projekt-)Erfahrung bei der Implementation und der Standardisierung von Systemen und Prozessen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Lösungsorientiertes und prozessübergreifendes Denken und Handeln auch bei komplexen Problemstellungen sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
