Job Requirements

We are seeking an ambitious and sports passionate TV Production Manager to join our Infront Productions-Team as soon as possible.

Your main tasks

Responsibility for broadcast project support and coordinating production activities of select production projects managed by Infront Productions

Serving as day-to-day customer service representative to Infront departments (internal clients, stakeholders - Media Sales, Media Operations, Business Development)

Providing broadcast operations-related technical support to Media Operations

Designing, writing, editing presentations (sales, RFPs, RFP responses/bids, informational overviews, etc.) and production management related documentation (knowledge management, guidelines, site surveys, etc.)

Planning and executing marketing and internal/external communications strategy (content planning and creation, editing, digital channel management, etc.) concerning the production activities of Infront Productions (working together with HBS Communications and Infront Communications-teams)

Organizing meetings, events, and workshops

 Providing support to the Head of Infront Productions on designated projects and tasks as required

Your profile

You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar function or related field and it would be advantageous if you have experience in broadcast production

You have proven expertise in project management and organizational skills with specific attention to detail

You are highly proficient in researching and writing, documentation, and presentations (knowledge management, tendering, reporting, benchmarking, etc.)

You have an understanding of broadcast production workflows, along with media sales and broadcaster servicing processes in general

You are experienced with MS Suite, Adobe CS (specifically Ai, Ps, Pr, Me), standard video editing tools and you are comfortable working with Content Management Systems

You are creative and versatile and have excellent organizational and prioritizing skills, stress management skills in a highly-pressured, fast-paced environment

You have strong communication skills written and spoken and a strong attitude toward high quality, excellence in delivery and ‘client-first’ thinking

You have strong human interaction skills (client management, project teams, etc.), and you are a team player with hands-on mentality•

You are fluent in English; any other languages are always welcome

Applicants with engineering and/or creative backgrounds in the broadcast industry are also welcome
