We are looking for a Product Manager Helium Solutions (m/f/d) for our location in Faellanden (Switzerland) or Ettlingen (Germany).
Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our HelioSmart Portfolio Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products that align with our vision and meet market needs Support the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process by contributing to the development core team and gathering required information for gate reviews Own Product Requirement Documents, based on understanding of user needs derived from Market Management, Sales, and cross-market research Plan and manage usability testing, serviceability testing, beta tests, and application lab equipment Create value propositions for new product ideas and/or product changes, and own and validate business cases Act as a product referent supporting Market Management and Sales to drive product market share and develop product sales and market strategies Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, value-based pricing models, and product positioning Provide technical sales support Define and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution Lead the planning, development, and launch of products and services in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
