For our location in Ettlingen (DE) or Faellanden (CH), we are looking for a Technical Product Manager EPR (m/f/d).

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Lead product development and strategy in the EPR spectroscopy sector in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
  • Define make-or-buy strategies for development projects in line with global R&D strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and continuously improve related business processes in collaboration with Q&RA.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.
  • Manage comprehensive configuration and version management of the product line.
  • Promote collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product objectives.
  • Coordinate and lead respective R&D product development teams including system architects, project managers, integration, and verification.
  • Independently manage entire product lifecycles from conception to launch and beyond.
  • Create technical specifications and requirement documents.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you need:

  • Completed university degree (Master's or PhD) in a scientific or technical field or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or product management, preferably in EPR spectroscopy.
  • Strong technical and/or application-oriented knowledge in EPR spectroscopy.
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with technical and scientific teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (min. C1 Level).
