Ses équipes de spécialistes apportent leurs compétences en matière de domiciliation, d’enregistrement et de gouvernance de fonds, ainsi que de gestion des risques et de contrôle du respect des directives de placement.


Assurer le suivi des activités déléguées de la direction de fonds, et plus particulièrement de celles relatives aux opérations de calcul de la VNI, ainsi que de bouclements semestriels et annuels des fonds de placement de droit suisse. Mener des activités liées au système de contrôle interne et à la gestion du risque opérationnel de la société, en étroite collaboration avec les services concernés du groupe Pictet et les auditeurs externes.

Votre rôle

- Superviser le calcul des VNI (contrôle de 3e niveau).
- Suivre et analyser les opérations comptables enregistrées au niveau des fonds.
- Coordonner et superviser les activités de clôture et d’émission des rapports semestriels et annuels, ainsi que l’assistance aux auditeurs durant leurs travaux.
- Superviser les activités préparatoires liées au pricing des fonds de placement.
- Assumer le suivi des opérations comptables de la société de direction et la validation des charges imputées aux fonds de placement.
- Assurer le suivi du système de contrôle interne et la supervision des risques produits et organisationnels (organisation interne des gérants), ainsi que des activités de contrôle interne de la société (respect des directives et des contrôles y relatifs).
- Mener des campagnes de test des contrôles en place au sein de la direction de fonds (contrôles de 2e niveau).
- Coordonner les campagnes annuelles de Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
- Soutenir les activités courantes de la direction de fonds dans les domaines de la compliance.
- Assurer la préparation et la diffusion des rapports sur le système de contrôle interne.
- Participer aux projets et initiatives de la direction de fonds et proposer de manière proactive des améliorations.

Votre profil

- Diplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité, économie, ou formation jugée équivalente.
- 2 ans d’expérience dans un cabinet d’audit ou un établissement financier (administration de fonds)
- Solides connaissances comptables et des marchés financiers.
- Expérience dans la gestion des risques opérationnels: un atout.
- Connaissance de la loi et des directives applicables aux fonds.
- Connaissances fiscales liées aux fonds: un plus.
- Solide connaissance des applications MS Office.
- Maîtrise du français et excellentes connaissances en anglais. Bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles dans ces 2 langues. Allemand: un avantage.
- Domicile en Suisse ou volonté de s’y établir.
