  • In this exciting role, you will developand operationalize the search and SEO strategy, position the topicof “search and SEO” as an important success factor across the Groupand work together with the product owners to define suggestions forimprovement.
  • You will analyse trends andinnovations in the field of search and SEO, conduct trainingcourses and workshops and act as the Group-wide contact person forthese topics.
  • You will work with the contentteams on the strategic development of content along defined userjourneys and search intentions.
  • You willdevelop and maintain the relevant tools from the search and SEOframework and will be responsible for their use. You will ensurecompliance with standards and the KPI framework for impactmeasurement. 
  • You will develop strategicconcepts that harmonise communication measures such as SEA, socialmedia and or-ganic searches and align content with user journeysand search intentions.
  • You will be responsiblefor creating and updating tools, specifications and guidelines aswell as providing special-ist operational support for search andSEO.

  • You have a degree as a DigitalMarketing Manager or have completed further training in a similarfield.
  • Thanks to your technical background, youunderstand search engine algorithms, indexing processes and the useof AI and data analysis to optimise search results andrecommendations.
  • You have in-depth knowledge oftechnical SEO, including crawling and indexing, websitearchitecture, PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals, mobile friendliness,on-page SEO.
  • You have a comprehensiveunderstanding of the different elements of websites, apps or otherdigital channels and know how they can affect search engineoptimisation.
  • You have extensive experience indeveloping and implementing content strategies, particularly increating search engine optimised content, keyword research,optimising existing content and working with content teams tomaximise relevance and visibility in searchresults.
  • You have proven experience in searchengine marketing for large corporate websites that serve differentstake-holder groups.
  • You have very good spokenand written German and good knowledge ofEnglish.
