- Onboarding: Contribute to designing and managing comprehensive international and national onboarding programs.
- HR Consulting: Collaborate on projects and enhance organizational services through the implementation of initiatives that support our strategic People & Culture goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or a relevant field.
- At least five years of recruitment experience and a willingness to work in other HR areas.
- Fluency in German and English, with a very good knowledge of French.
- Proactive, flexible, and curious, with a customer-oriented and communicative personality.
- Good feel for people, intercultural skills, empathy, and a sense of humour.
