Main responsibilities

Mission

Within the Release / Environment Management & IT tooling Department, the IT tooling team is in charge of a large set of tools used to improve and support the process of deliveries from features definition to automated deployment going through continuous integration, testing and performance monitoring. In order to strengthen this team, we are looking for an IT Tooling Manager who, under the responsibility of the team lead, will: lead strategic projects, contribute to tools enhancements / maintenance initiatives and participate in users support. This position requires to work collaboratively with all IT stakeholders, such as developers, testers and infrastructure team members. The candidate has a technical background with the capacity to go further in details while he is able to clearly explain the big picture by simplifying the concepts. A versatile approach, service mindset and interpersonal skills will be essential to succeed in this position.

Experience
