Support scientists in the conduct of quantitative analytical studies by liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry in the field of biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical products.
Perform sample preparation using various chemical and biochemical techniques. Operate Liquid Chromatography associated to Mass Spectrometers (Waters, Sciex). Perform interpretation and review of analytical data: Following completion of experimental works write and review analytical reports. Support in the conduct of logistic specific laboratory tasks ( order and register chemicals, maintain inventories,…)
Qualifications
Bsc/Msc diploma or equivalent in a science discipline ( analytical chemistry, biochemistry). Relevant experience in absolute quantification of small and large molecules by LC-MS based methods . Good knowledge of the analytical softwares Empower, Masslynx, Labsolutions, Chromeleon will be an advantage. Experience in working in a GMP contract service lab would be appreciated. Fluent in spoken and written French and English. Able to follow specific and detailed procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with scientific staff. Act quickly and decisively to meet short deadlines. Work independently and coordinate complex activities simultaneously. Manage unplanned issues.
