**Vos missions**:
**Analyse Financière**: (50% du temps de travail)
- Effectuer des analyses approfondies des performances financières de l'entreprise en examinant les données historiques, les tendances actuelles et les prévisions futures.
- Identifier les écarts entre les résultats réels et les objectifs budgétaires, en fournissant des explications détaillées et des recommandations pour l'amélioration.
- Préparer des rapports financiers précis et des tableaux de bord pour la direction et les parties prenantes internes, mettant en évidence les indicateurs clés de performance financière.
**Planification Budgétaire**: (15% du temps de travail)
- Participer à l'élaboration du budget annuel de l'entreprise en collaboration avec les différents départements.
- Analyser les budgets proposés pour s'assurer qu'ils sont réalistes, alignés sur les objectifs stratégiques et conformes aux contraintes financières.
**Analyse de Rentabilité**: (25% du temps de travail)
- Évaluer la rentabilité des produits, des projets et des initiatives stratégiques en analysant les coûts, les revenus et les marges.
- Fournir des recommandations pour optimiser la rentabilité et allouer efficacement les ressources en fonction des performances attendues.
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration de la rentabilité et de réduction des coûts à travers l'entreprise.
**Communication et Collaboration** : (10% du temps de travail)
- Communiquer de manière proactive les résultats financiers, les analyses et les recommandations aux parties prenantes internes, y compris la direction et les gestionnaires de département.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe FP&A pour assurer la cohérence des données et des analyses.
- Participer à des projets spéciaux et des initiatives transversales impliquant des analyses financières et budgétaires.
**Votre profil**:
- Expérience préalable d’au moins 3 ans dans un rôle d'analyse financière ou de planification budgétaire.
- Maîtrise des outils d'analyse financière et de modélisation, tels que Excel, ainsi que des systèmes ERP et BI.
- Capacité à travailler en français et en anglais
- Fortes compétences analytiques et capacité à traduire des données complexes en insights actionnables.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec une capacité démontrée à présenter des analyses financières de manière claire et concise.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
- Diplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité, économie ou dans un domaine connexe.
