The Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager or Business Analyst who is looking for a great opportunity in an environment that gives you flexibility, supports collaboration and operates on a global scale? If the answer is yes, this position is just for you 

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all project aspects, managing expectations and setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and completion of projects on time within budget and scope in accordance with client’s established expectations. But the role is more than just project management - you’ll play a fundamental part in helping customers articulate their business requirements and to design and configure user journeys in Unblu accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of Unblu implementation or upgrade projects
  • Lead the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements and develop full scale project plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budget and project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Prepare and deliver status reports for key stakeholders
  • Gather business and functional requirements
  • Prepare prototype configurations and review and refine configurations together with customers through product demonstrations
  • Guide customers through UAT process, assisting with test case development and execution as required
  • Develop and deliver end user training sessions
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all key stakeholders
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Perform project evaluations and assessment of results

Requirements

  • Prior experience on relevant position of at least 5 years
  • Fluency in both German and English 
  • Proficiency in cloud based project management and office tools
  • Great communication skills, enabling you to work effectively in person, in online meetings, and via email 
  • Ability to interact with senior management and high level contacts
  • Ability to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to meet departmental and client’s requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to succeed in an environment of shifting deadlines and priorities
  • Neat, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team

A plus will be:

    • University diploma in Economics, Computer Science or similar degree Experience in the financial services sector
    • Subject matter expertise in wealth management, private banking, retail banking, and contact centers
