Executive and Personal Assistant to the CEO

About Spiden

Spiden is looking for an experienced Executive and Personal Assistant to support our CEO and founder, Leo Grünstein. Spiden is a Swiss deep-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the field of personalized health monitoring. It employs a team of >70 staff, including >50 PhDs and university professors, operating out of its lab facilities in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland and its office in San Francisco, United States.

Your mission

  • Proactively and efficiently manage the CEO’s dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones while prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring that all commitments are met 
  • Handle the CEO’s complex travel logistics, including booking transportation, accommodation, VISA, etc., whilst ensuring personal administrative matters are taken care of during his absence 
  • Act as the CEO’s point of contact across executives, employees, investors, and other external partners 
  • Support, as a second priority, scheduling and travel for the executive management of Spiden 
  • Provide general administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required 
Your profile

  • +5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level or other senior executives 
  • Strong experience in managing complex travel arrangements (domestic and international) 
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with strong multi-tasking abilities under pressure 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners 
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and skills 
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in both English and German 
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. 
  • Located in Greater Zurich Area or willing to re-locate
