IWS Cell Lead (m/w/d)

 
In dieser vielseitigen Position rapportierst du direkt an den Area Lead und bist mitverantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung in der Produktion durch die Führung einer IWS Zelle und all ihren Aspekten. Weiter führst und förderst du rund 25 Mitarbeitende (Factory Operator, Mechanics & Team Leads) sowie die Process und Maintenance Leads der Anlagen für deinen Bereich und trägst massgebend zur Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenskultur bei.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

Verantwortlich für die Resultate und Performance einer Zelle über 24 Stunden Funktion als leitender Coach für die Teams der gesamten Zellenorganisation; Förderung einer „Zero-Loss-Mentality“ innerhalb der Zelle  Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Leistungen und Effizienzen der Maschinen und Anlagen innerhalb der zugeteilten Zelle durch die konsequente Anwendung der "Run-to-Target"-Systeme (RTT) Leitung der täglichen Managementsysteme und Prozesse im Rahmen eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses, tägliche/wöchentliche/monatliche Ausrichtung der Daily-Direction-Settings (DDS) Zuständig für die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards mit Fokus auf die Beseitigung unsicherer Verhaltensweisen Verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung von Quartalsplänen und Zielvorgaben der Zelle Mitverantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der technischen Fähigkeiten und Motivation der Mitarbeiter durch Weitervermittlung von Wissen und Trainings

 
Deine Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

Abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Grundausbildung idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH oder langjährige Erfahrung als Mechaniker mit Führungserfahrung Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technisch/industriellen Bereich Führungserfahrung in technisch/industriellem Umfeld Erfahrung mit Programmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KAIZEN, TPM) Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  Can-do-Mentalität, kommunikativ, teamfähig und selbständig
