Responsibilities and purpose of the job:
The Customer Experience and Quoting Specialist is the face to our internal and external customers, he is responsible for ensuring Customer Experience from initial inquiry to order entry and cash communication.
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
Duties:
Receive and track all incoming inquiries from our internal & external customers Prequalify and assign the inquiries to the relevant parties• Provide internal Sales & Service Support
• Support by creating quotations (systems, accessories, any service quotes) Provide support in the cash collection process (Letter of credits, invoice distribution, customer portals submission…)
• Coordinate returns of defective material to repair centres
• Support and back-up for the same tasks in other regions when language permits
• Close cooperation with the order processing team
• All other tasks related to improving effectiveness
Qualifikationen
Required Qualifications & Hardskills:
• Bachelor diploma or equivalent required
• Native German, good written and oral communication skills in English (B2) Any additional European language appreciated
• Hands-on experience on CRM appreciated Hands-on experience on SAP ERP appreciated Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) No visa disqualification from US or EU
