Recruiting Officer - 100% - Temporary 6 months

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Man-agement, Human Resources and Logistics. COO employees are committed to providing, with professionalism and enthusiasm, an efficient, proactive, high-quality service that meets the needs of clients within the context of the Bank’s overall strategy.
The Human Resources department aims to provide the best quality service to staff and serves as a strategic partner supporting the Bank as an employer of choice by attracting, sustaining, and inspiring great people, with great passion, working for a great purpose.

Mission

Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager, you are in charge of the recruiting for all kind of positions in Geneva mainly Temporary and IT Externals. Fully responsible for all aspects of hiring (in-take brief, search launching, advertising, candidate management, HR interview, offer process and onboarding). Manage strategic and operational tasks at the same time.

Challenges
Be able to treat high volumes in short time
Follow up internal process for providers and coordinate the administrative onboarding.

Main responsibilities

Manage the recruiting process from the request to the integration of the candidate

Coordinate and organize the interview process

Perform the HR interview for the candidates identified in cooperation with the HR BP or independently when needed

Manage and coordinate the onboarding of the selected candidates (temporary, external consultants)

Manage and coordinate the renewals of temporary and consultants

Manage the relationship with our providers in terms of negotiation and process follow-up

Working closely with Senior Recruiting Manager, HR Business Partners, HR Support and Line Manager to proactive manage all recruiting

Work using Taleo Business Edition, the candidate management tool

In charge of the recruiting strategy communication (Career website, Linkedin or any other support).

Education

Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics or human science is a mandatory education background

Experience required

Minimum 5-years’ experience in a similar position as a recruiter in a recruiting company or in an international environment
Experience required dealing with a high volume of recruiting, of all kinds (temporary, permanent)
Knowledge of the financial services sector is a plus
Experience with a recruiting tool is a necessary requirement. Taleo Business Edition knowledge would be a plus.
