Ihre Herausforderung

  • Fachliche und methodische Führung der Teams Quality Assurance & Customer Quality

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Kundenbeanstandungsprozesses

  • Erstellen von professionellen und aussagekräftigen 8D-Reports (D/E)

  • Bereichs- und internationale Koordination der Tätigkeiten, die zur nachhaltigen Behebung von Beanstandungen notwendig sind

  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Bereichen und Berufsgruppen

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (Quality, Elektronik etc.)

  • Erfahrung in der Behandlung von Qualitätsfällen

  • Vertraut mit der A3- oder 8D-Problemlösungsmethodik

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Exakte Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

  • Kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
