Job Description
Mission : En tant que Responsable de l'équipe de développement API, vous dirigerez une équipe de développeurs, guidant la conception, le développement et la gouvernance de notre écosystème API. En exploitant votre solide expertise technique et vos compétences en leadership, vous orienterez la direction stratégique des initiatives API tout en assurant l'alignement sur les normes et les objectifs du client.
Responsabilités de chef d'équipe :
Cultiver une communication transparente et approfondie au sein de l'équipe, favorisant la collaboration et la productivité. Diriger et gérer les activités de l'équipe API, supervisant la planification, l'allocation des ressources et la gestion budgétaire. Garantir la livraison en temps voulu des projets, en respectant les normes de qualité, de coût et du client. Fournir un support de deuxième et troisième niveau pour les applications relevant de la responsabilité de l'équipe, garantissant fiabilité et performance.Responsabilités de chef technique :
Définir, concevoir et mettre en œuvre des améliorations au cadre API conformément à la feuille de route établie, en tenant compte de la capacité, de la criticité et des avantages. Effectuer régulièrement des revues des API pour évaluer les niveaux de conformité, offrant des retours et des recommandations d'amélioration. Générer des rapports de gestion complets sur l'état du cadre API, mettant en évidence la conformité aux règles définies. Jouer un rôle actif dans la conception de l'architecture technique du cadre API, contribuant aux évaluations du Comité des principaux responsables techniques mondiaux. Promouvoir le cadre API à travers des présentations de gestion et des efforts de plaidoyer pour encourager son adoption et son utilisation. Fournir coaching et mentorat aux développeurs, facilitant la formation et le support continu pour le développement des compétences.
Qualifications
Éducation :
Diplôme d'études secondaires, Maturité, ou Baccalauréat. Expérience :
7 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle senior. Expérience dans la banque privée (facultatif).Compétences linguistiques :
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.Compétences personnelles :
