Vous allez intégrer l’équipe « Tax », en tant que Team Leader où vous allez encadrer une équipe d’environ 10 ingénieurs dont vous aurez la responsabilité en termes de développement et d’évolution de carrière. Vous participerez au développement/architecture de nouveaux composants et à la maintenance évolutive du parc applicatif existant En collaboration avec votre management et vos pairs vous allez contribuer à la promotion et le partage des best practices du développement logiciel à travers toute l’entreprise
VOTRE MISSION :
- Guider et gérer une équipe d’ingénieurs en fournissant le support et le coaching nécessaires à chacun pour gagner en autonomie et contribuer au succès de l’équipe
- Promouvoir la collaboration et la culture du feedback en encourageant les membres de l’équipe à partager leurs idées dans un cadre de confiance
- Créer et communiquer une vision claire qui soit en ligne avec la stratégie de l’entreprise, et s’assurer que les objectifs et le travail de l’équipe s’alignent avec cette vision
- Effectuer le suivi régulier de l'équipe au travers des bilatérales et des évaluations de performance bi-annuelles
- Comprendre et maitriser les principaux concepts métiers des produits sous responsabilité de l'équipe ainsi que les technologies relatives
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Product Owner et les business analystes afin de définir les livrables, fournir les estimations, identifier les risques et déterminer les solutions techniques
- Travailler avec l’équipe d’architecture pour élaborer les solutions techniques répondant à des besoins métiers en constante évolution
- Garantir que le code, les tests et la documentation respectent les standards de qualité et d'automatisation en prenant part à ces activités et en participant à la revue de code sur de multiples stack techniques
- Collaborer avec les autres équipes afin de garantir que la solution s'intègre correctement au sein de la plateforme
VOTRE PROFIL :
Leadership skills
- 3+ ans d’expérience dans un rôle de team leader ou équivalent
- Excellente capacité d’animation d’équipe pour fédérer vers l’atteinte d’un objectif commun
- Une grande capacité de prise de décision et d’utilisation efficace des ressources
- Vous savez progresser face à des situations problématiques ou ambiguës
Hard skills
- Bachelor ou Master en informatique (ou similaire)
- 8+ ans d’expérience dans le domaine du développement logiciel
- Spécialiste en développement backend JAVA / Spring Boot
- Bonnes connaissances des bases de données relationnelles
- Expérience sur le design et la mise en place d’architectures distribuées
- Capable de produire du code robuste et respectant les principes de sécurité de l’information
- Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais
Soft skills
- Vous avez une excellente communication à l’écrit comme à l’oral
- Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse et une bonne capacité d'abstraction afin d’identifier et expliciter le problème à résoudre avant de penser aux solutions
- Vous êtes capable de donner du feedback constructif et prêt à en recevoir
- Vous faites preuve d’une grande autonomie
- Domicilié en Suisse ou disposé à vous y établir
