Der Hauptsitz befindet sich in Haag (Schweiz), die Produktionszentren in der Schweiz, Malaysia, Rumänien und Taiwan.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Maintenance - Teams am Standort Haag suchen wir einen engagierten Instandhaltungsmechaniker:
Aufgaben
Fehlersuche und Instandsetzung der Produktionsanlagen (hauptsächlich Vulkanisierpressen, CNC - Fräs- und Drehcenter) Frist Level Support bei Störungen und Fehlern der Produktionsanlagen, Fokus Mechanik. Mithilfe bei Umbauten und Verbesserungen der Produktionsanlagen. Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem 2-Schichtbetrieb (wechselweise Früh- und Spätschicht). Kontroll- und Wartungsrundgänge während der Schichtzeit. Mitarbeit an Projektarbeiten, z.B. TPM, Anlagenoptimierungen, etc.Ausbildung
Gelernter Polymechaniker, oder Mechatroniker. Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Unterhalt von Produktionsanlagen oder einige Jahre Erfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau (elektrisch/mechanisch). Vorzugsweise Erfahrungen in der Instandhaltung von CNC Maschinen. Gutes mechanisches Denkvermögen und strukuriertes Vorgehen bei Problemfindung. WIG-Schweisskenntnisse sind ein Plus.Interessiert?
