To support our Talent Acquisition & Operations team in Zurich, we are looking for a Consultant (m/f/d) to start immediately or by agreement.
About the Job
Your task will be to support the Talent Acquisition & Operations team in recruiting talents in the Legal & Compliance area. You will identify suitable candidates for our mandates through various media and coordinate the application process.
The tasks include:
- Searching for and identifying top talents in the job market for our mandates in the Legal & Compliance area
- Supporting the team in creating job descriptions and posting job offers on social media
- Handling correspondence and external communication with applicants
- Coordinating the application process and working closely with your team colleagues
About You
This position is for someone who is passionate about facilitating the success of others and enjoys interacting with people or talents in the Legal & Compliance area.
You are an upbeat personality who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you bring the following assets:
- Completed university degree in Law
- Excellent language skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in Legal & Compliance, Consulting, Sales, and/or Recruiting
