Key Responsibilities

Lead the Market Supply Chain team, providing strategic direction for demand, supply, distribution, and customer service activities. S&OP Governance: Drive Market S&OP governance, collaborating closely with finance and sales to ensure full visibility of all risks and opportunities, and alignment on unified forecasts in both volume and financials. Demand Planning: Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and regulatory changes to anticipate supply chain needs and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, manufacturing, and finance to develop integrated business plans. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and develop action plans to minimize excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring product availability. Distribution and Logistics: Manage transportation, warehousing, and logistics service providers to optimize costs and service levels. Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the supply chain team to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a similar market supply chain role with budget accountability. Demonstrated ability to develop short to long-term (1-5 years) operational plans for optimizing the organization or function and executing strategies. Business partnering mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and hands-on mentality. Strong team player with effective communication and people management skills. Fluency in English and German is essential, proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
