The local office in Zug was established in 2023 as we expand into Europe and other regions, beginning with the PRIME hydration range.

We are seeking an Inventory and Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory valuation and optimizing inventory controls. Your expertise in consolidating and analyzing data will contribute to informed decision-making and drive efficiency throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and reconcile data from various third-party manufacturers to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate, analyze and present large volumes of data effectively.
  • Reconcile inventory reports with ERP system records and investigate discrepancies.
  • Develop analysis and reporting on inventory-related metrics, trends, and variances.
  • Contribute to developing analytical and reporting inventory-related metrics, trends, and variances.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and robust flow of information to facilitate the capture and allocation of supply chain costs.
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc projects across various supply chain segments to deliver detailed cost analysis and drive strategic financial clarity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Finance or Accounting function in a multinational environment, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must. Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL and Sharepoint are a big plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate, verify, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders both on-site and remote.
