Description du poste
- Hotline support niveau 2 & 3 (max 25% en fonction des besoins)
- Gestion des incidents de niveau 2 & 3 (dépannage sur site et à distance)
- Conception et installation de parcs informatiques 10-300 utilisateurs (On-Premise & Cloud) en autonomie avec le support de la direction IT
- Installation, dépannage, migration et configuration de :
o Réseaux layer 2 & 3
o Firewalls Fortinet
o Environnement Serveur Windows Server
o Infrastructure virtualisée VMware & Hyper-V
o Déploiement d’environnements Cloud
o Baie de stockage (SAN)
o Messagerie 365
- Installation, dépannage et configuration des postes de travail du portefeuille client
- Audit et documentation de parcs informatiques
Profil
- Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme de technicien IT ES ou équivalent au minimum
- Capacité à gérer un projet IT de la prise en charge jusqu’à sa remise
- Résistant au stress, vous savez gérer les priorités et vous êtes flexible
- Le service client et la rapidité d’exécution sont vos points forts grâce à votre rigueur, votre organisation, votre proactivité et votre excellente capacité de communication
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, vous avez un leadership naturel
- Parfaite maîtrise du français, anglais oral et écrit niveau B1 minimum, allemand un plus
- Curiosité naturelle dans l’évolution technologique
Expérience
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire
- Maîtrise de VMWARE, Veeam, Windows Server, Exchange
- Solides connaissances : switching (Layer 2&3), Firewall (UTM), Stockage SAN (iSCSI, FC)

- Connaissance des lignes de produits Dell Technologies
- Connaissance des lignes de produits Apple
- Compréhension des protocoles VoIP & SIP
