To cover a maternity leave, we are looking for an:

Account Executive, Swiss Market (100%, for 6 months)

In this function, you will be in charge of sales and merchandising activities within the assigned territory, (approximately 60% travel required) with the objective of reaching the allocated sales targets. You will have an in-depth relationship with retailers and will be responsible for the full sales cycle including the following tasks:

JOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLES

Sales development

Ensure frequent re-orders by our customers to achieve quarterly sales targets Work on Business development in Switzerland to assure mid to long term business growth Manage the current portfolio of customers & actively find new ones Supervise point of sales activities through assortment, new product introductions, visual merchandising and training Organize and animate our In-store retailer events

Relationship management

Build and establish a strong partnership with retailers Manage daily customers’ requests and visit them on a regular basis

Merchandising & Operational Marketing

Maintenance & improvement of visual merchandising according to the brand’s strategy Prepare and provide guidelines and planograms Implement seasonal marketing assets at the point of sale

Reporting

Collect and analyze sellout data

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a result oriented sales person with a commercial background. We request minimum 2-3 years of experience, ideally in fashion - luxury watches or related industries. To be successful in this position you need strong analytical and interpersonal skills. You are fluent in French, German & English and have excellent communication skills as well as drive, passion and can-do attitude to produce outstanding results. This position requires approximately 60% traveling within Switzerland.
